As a Technology Management Senior Analyst, AVP at Home Loan Savings in Pune, India, you will be a key player in the migration to the Google Cloud and the transition to an agile collaboration model. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing the SAP transport concept for the Home Loan Savings domain, integrating it into Deutsche Bank's SAP landscape. You will work closely with the existing team in Germany, using virtual collaboration techniques to achieve goals of continuous delivery, process improvement, and internalization of technical expertise. Your operational tasks will include ensuring consistency and high quality in software development, advising project managers and developers, and leading risk and compliance processes for the application. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with Google Cloud Technology through internal and external training, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and managing disaster recovery activities, application audits, IT security incidents, and capacity forecasting. Additionally, you will be responsible for application user access tasks, hardware/software/license upgrades, and aligning application events with compliant platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position, with good knowledge of ChaRM/TMS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP development. Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, experience with Agile/SCRUM teams, and understanding of IT risk management are essential. Knowledge of Home Loan Savings and Mortgage Lending is advantageous.
