Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Manager to lead the development and management of our medical device technology and its accompanying mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology, software development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end development of medical device technology and its mobile application, ensuring high-quality, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and designers to deliver innovative and reliable healthcare solutions.
• Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations (e.g., CDSCO, ISO 13485, e.t.c) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and clinical teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Define and implement cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and device integrity.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in medical technology, IoT, AI, and mobile applications to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage the technology roadmap, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
