Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Identify manpower needs in coordination with department heads. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms. Conduct reference checks and manage offer & joining formalities. Organise structured induction programs for new hires. 2. Employee Engagement & Retention Develop and execute engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. Address employee grievances and act as a bridge between management and staff. Maintain open communication channels to enhance workplace culture. 3. Performance Management Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs for employees. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff. Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the COO for training programs. 4. HR Policies & Compliance Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal requirements. Maintain employee records as per statutory norms. Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other regulations. 5. Training & Development Organise in-house and external training sessions to enhance skillsets. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain development records. 6. Payroll & Attendance Oversee attendance systems, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
