HR Manager


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    — from sourcing to onboarding
  • Oversee

    payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation

  • Drive

    employee engagement initiatives

    to boost culture and retention
  • Conduct

    performance management cycles

    and appraisals
  • Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
  • Handle grievance management and conflict resolution
  • Ensure smooth execution of

    onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy


✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum

    4 years of experience

    in core HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of

    labor laws, payroll, and compliance

  • Proficiency in

    HRMS tools

    and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
