Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning

    – Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business growth; manage workforce planning and succession strategies; partner with leaders on organizational design and change management.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    – Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes; design structured onboarding programs; enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

    – Handle grievances and conflict resolution; cultivate an inclusive and high-performance culture; conduct engagement surveys and drive improvement actions.
  • Performance & Development

    – Lead appraisal cycles; support learning and career development programs.
