We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team based on-site in Jalgaon. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. It will be your duty to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have experience in recruitment, selection, and employee relations, along with skills in performance management and training and development. A solid understanding of labor laws and compliance is essential, as well as proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective leadership qualities are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary, and previous experience in a managerial role would be advantageous.
