Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Raipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, addressing employee concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Onboarding skills
• Performance Management and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Labor Laws
• Experience in conducting Training and Development programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
