Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, providing employee relations support, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee training and development programs, and handling employee benefits and compensation. Qualifications Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Employee Training and Development experience Employee Benefits and Compensation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
