Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Secunderābād for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing payroll and benefits, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring legal compliance. The candidate will also work closely with upper management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Understanding of HR Compliance, Payroll Management, and Benefits Administration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād
• Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
