Marketing Graphic Designer


Role Description

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital content that align with our brand aesthetics. You will work closely with the interior design team, digital marketing team, and content creators to develop high-quality visuals for social media, presentations, ads, brochures, and project showcases.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs that reflect the studio’s brand identity.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand assets, including color palettes, typography, templates, and visual guidelines.
  • Create branding material for events, presentations, proposals, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, reels covers, story templates, and aesthetic layouts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Work with the content and marketing teams to create visually compelling storytelling pieces for interior projects.
  • Repurpose project photos and videos into engaging digital creatives.
  • Design brochures, catalogs, pitch decks, presentations, posters, ads, banners, and print materials.
  • Support website design assets, landing page layouts, and UI-focused visuals.
  • Create mockups, mood boards, and display graphics for client presentations.
  • Work with the digital marketing executive to create creatives for online ads (Meta Ads, Google Display, promotions).
  • Support email marketing and promotional campaigns with visually appealing graphics.
  • Ensure all creatives are optimized for reach, clarity, and platform-specific dimensions.
  • Coordinate with the design team for material references, project images, and brand insights.
  • Work with photographers and videographers for editing directions and post-production guidance.
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in interior design, architecture, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus)
  • Proficiency in design tools:

    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

    (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual aesthetics
  • Ability to design for both digital and print
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work relevant to branding, digital media, and storytelling
