Graphic Designer for Presales Location - Bangalore and Hybrid 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH Graphic Designer for Presales Graphic Designer for presales, is responsible for creating visually compelling collaterals that support sales efforts, enhance customer engagement, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. This role combines graphic design skills, with an understanding of marketing strategies to attract and inform potential clients. Key Responsibilities • Develop Visual Content: Create engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to specific client needs and sales objectives. • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales representatives to understand client requirements and provide visual support for proposals. • Design Presentations: Visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate Marlabs’ overview, differentiators, our solution features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients. • Branding Knowledge: Ability to create and maintain brand consistency across all materials, understanding how to reflect a company's identity through visual elements • Create Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, infographics, and digital assets that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies. • Gather Feedback: Incorporate feedback from sales teams and clients to refine designs and improve effectiveness. • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all visual materials to ensure a consistent representation of the company. Required Skills • Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related discipline is preferred. • 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in presales. • Experience in Presales or Marketing Roles: Previous experience in a presales environment or marketing role within the tech industry is advantageous. • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or sales environment. • Business Storytelling: The ability to convert sales requirements, delivery processes and solution details into compelling stories for client presentations. • Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote). Experience across Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Word) is a must have. • Ability to interpret technical and business content into engaging visuals. • Knowledge of corporate branding, marketing strategies, and digital content creation. • Experience with proposal and RFP design. • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Understanding of IT Products: Knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to translate technical information into accessible visual formats. • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders and collaborate effectively with sales teams. • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Understanding of Design Principles: A solid grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory, is essential for producing visually appealing and effective designs • Creativity: Strong creative abilities to generate innovative ideas and solutions that capture attention and communicate messages effectively • Time Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines is critical in a fast-paced sales environment • Branding Knowledge: Ability to create and maintain brand consistency across all materials, understanding how to reflect a company's identity through visual elements.
