Job Title: Delivery Champion/ Client Partner


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing trust and rapport.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new client acquisition.
  • Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement account strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within clients’ current projects.
  • Project Oversight:

  • Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to facilitate successful implementation.
  • Communication & Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Gather client feedback and address any concerns to enhance satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
  • Participate in internal meetings to relay client insights and advocate for client needs.
  • Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor the performance and success of client engagements, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use insights to advise clients on best practices and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project delivery management, client/ account management, or a related role in the software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
