Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department functions and managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the candidate will address employee queries, resolve any HR-related issues, and manage employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in training and development, compensation, and benefits management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or technology company is a plus
