Let's take a look at the key areas you will be focusing on: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Attracting, screening, and hiring top talent. - Building employer branding and managing job postings. - Coordinating interviews and offer letters. - Employee Onboarding & Orientation: - Welcoming new hires and ensuring smooth transitions. - Conducting orientation sessions. - Setting up training programs and mentorships. - Policy Development & Compliance: - Creating and enforcing company policies. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Managing workplace safety and ethics. - Performance Management: - Setting performance standards KRA and KPIs. - Facilitating appraisals and feedback processes. - Supporting employee growth and development. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Fostering a positive workplace culture. - Resolving conflicts and addressing grievances. - Leading employee engagement and wellness initiatives. - Compensation & Benefits Administration: - Designing competitive salary structures and incentive programs. - Ensuring equity and transparency. - Learning & Development (L&D): - Identifying training needs. - Coordinating skill development and leadership programs. - Promoting continuous learning. - HR Data & Analytics: - Tracking employee metrics and trends. - Supporting strategic decision-making with data insights. - Ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
