Position Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Lead performance appraisal systems and oversee training and development programs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience

    , preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
