HR Manager


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Oversee screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.


Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • Design and manage smooth onboarding and induction programs.
  • Oversee employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.


Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and fairness.
  • Plan engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and accountability.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and supervise HR records, HRMS, and employee databases.
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and salary inputs.
  • Prepare HR reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information.


Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee audits, documentation, and background verification processes.
  • Ensure disciplinary management and adherence to company code of conduct.


Performance Management & Training

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and KPI framework.
  • Work closely with management to evaluate performance and productivity.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives.
  • Support leadership in building high-performing teams.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR management or senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR tools/software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
