Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles. This includes sourcing candidates from job portals, social media platforms, and referrals, screening applications, and creating a pipeline of potential talent to meet ongoing hiring needs. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, assist in sharing offer letters, and support basic negotiation discussions where applicable. Your role will also involve helping with pre-employment documentation, conducting reference checks, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, coordinating joining formalities and documentation, and facilitating timely introductions of new hires to their teams. It is crucial to strive for creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
