About the Internship:

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources within a creative industry? We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our vibrant team at Levitate Studios in Pondicherry. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that support our artistic and technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Assisting with job postings on various platforms (including LinkedIn), with a focus on roles within animation, VFX, and design.
• Screening resumes and applications, and conducting initial candidate outreach for creative and technical positions.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.

• Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Supporting the new hire onboarding process, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new artists and team members.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to employee exits.

• HR Administration & Operations:

• Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (HRIS management).
• Assisting with HR data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Responding to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

• Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, studio events, and training sessions tailored for a creative workforce.
• Contributing to initiatives that enhance workplace well-being and employee satisfaction within our artistic environment.

• Compliance & Policy Support:

• Conducting basic research on HR best practices and relevant Indian labor laws.
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources, especially within the

  creative, animation, or tech industries

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in
