🎯 Role Overview

HR Intern

✨ Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet daily.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Support new joiners with documentation, ID creation, and induction formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and HR files.

3. HR Operations

• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and internship contracts.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain HR MIS reports.
• Support performance tracking and probation review follow-ups.

4. Employee Engagement

• Help plan and execute internal events, birthdays, celebrations, and team activities.
• Conduct regular feedback and pulse checks with employees.

5. Compliance & Policies

• Assist in maintaining HR policies, office SOPs, and compliance documentation.

🧩 Required Skills

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Good command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🎓 Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome.
