Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern based in PCMC - Pune. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies. They will also support personnel management tasks and assist with employee engagement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. Qualifications Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Good organisational and interpersonal skills to support employee engagement and team collaboration Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Relevant educational background or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
