Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Support:

    Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for different roles.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Assistance:

    Help in preparing offer letters, employee documents, and supporting the onboarding process.
  • HR Operations:

    Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Assist in organizing team activities, events, and engagement programs.
  • Policy & Compliance Support:

    Support the HR team in drafting policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Research & Reporting:

    Conduct research on HR trends, prepare reports, and contribute to improving HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Motivated and eager to learn HR practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment is an advantage.
