Role Overview

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple sectors (tech & non-tech)
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication
  • Manage hiring trackers
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure smooth delivery for clients
  • Assist in building candidate pipelines for recurring roles


HR Operations & Project

  • Support the development and documentation of HR policies and processes
  • Assist in creating HR frameworks and structures for BridgeView as we scale
  • Contribute to onboarding processes and compliance documentation
  • Help plan basic employee engagement and internal communication activities

Who can apply

  • Students pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA in HR or related fields
