Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

·    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

·        Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

·        Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed.

Onboarding:

·        Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions.

·        Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

Employee Engagement:

·        Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

·        Gather feedback from employees and contribute to the development of employee engagement programs.

HR Administration:

·        Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.

·        Assist in drafting HR communications and announcements.

Learning and Development:

·        Contribute to the coordination of training programs and workshops.

·        Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.

Compliance:

·        Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to.

·        Support in compliance-related tasks, such as maintaining employee files and records.

General Support:

·        Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

·        Handle inquiries from employees and external parties, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
