Internship Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time, in-person internship at our IIT Kanpur office. This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced startup environment and a strong opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Support performance tracking and feedback processes. Help refine HR policies and contribute to a positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work. Willingness to learn and take ownership in a startup setting. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools is a plus. Must be available to work full-time and in-person at IIT Kanpur for 6 months.
