Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Paid Intenship) to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about pursuing a career in human resources.

📍 Location: Noida (In Office)

🕜 Duration: 6 months

🎓Required Qualifications: MBA in HR , MSc in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology

✔️ Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Ms Office, Power point
• Must know digital communication tool Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams
• Good Communication skill
• Basic Knowledge of HR functions
• Must have hands on experience on Social media platform & different tools
• Available for a Full time, work from Office(5 Days a week)

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support in drafting HR policies, documents, and reports.
• Assist with performance management and feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion(DEI)through hiring outreach
• Employer branding & social media initiatives.
