Job Overview

KR Mangalam School is seeking a Junior Human Resources professional with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience for a full-time position. The role is based in our South Delhi location. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the recruitment and onboarding processes within an educational setting and will be integral to maintaining smooth HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition with a focus on NTT/PRT/TGT/PGT Positions.
  • Demonstrable skills in employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and clarifying job roles (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability to effectively schedule and coordinate interviews among multiple stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong organizational skills, with a particular emphasis on detailed documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining and analyzing HR data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with school recruitment procedures and understanding the unique requirements of educational staffing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Facilitate efficient interview scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination between applicants and interviewers.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and new hires are assimilated smoothly.
  • Collaborate with school management to understand staffing needs and recommend suitable recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data for future reference and compliance.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Use MS Excel to prepare reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring employee concerns are addressed efficiently.
