Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Human Resources professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role is based in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Cochin. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting and enhancing the HR functions within KITES Senior Care to ensure the organization maintains its commitment to both employees and clients within the healthcare industry. Qualifications And Skills Proven expertise in talent acquisition with the ability to source and attract top talent effectively using various platforms and strategies. Extensive knowledge in payroll management ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits distribution. Strong understanding of labor law compliance to ensure all HR activities adhere to prevailing legal and regulatory requirements. Excellent skills in employee engagement strategies to maintain a motivated, productive, and satisfied workforce within the organization. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's current and future growth objectives. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, enabling clear articulation of HR policies and programs to employees at all levels. Must have problem-solving abilities to address HR-related issues effectively and implement long-term solutions. Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also independently handle multiple HR functions simultaneously. Roles And Responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates across various roles and levels. Ensure comprehensive payroll management including setting up new hires, calculating earnings, and organizing deductions accurately. Monitor compliance with current labor laws and regulations, updating HR practices to reflect changes in policy. Develop and maintain employee engagement programs designed to foster a positive organizational culture and work environment. Advocate and act as a point of contact for employee relations initiatives, answering queries and resolving complaints efficiently. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and the organization. Collaborate with departmental heads to anticipate staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies to meet those needs proactively.
