HR Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
  • Manage payroll, employee records, and performance management systems.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, training, and talent development.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and foster a healthy, inclusive work culture.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
