As a Senior HR Executive based in Bhubaneswar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources strategy forward. Your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within our organization, encompassing strategic planning, policy development, and operational management to ensure effective HR practices that align with our company's objectives and promote a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with our overall business strategy, providing strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters, and contributing to organizational development. You will be tasked with overseeing recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent, managing employee development programs, addressing employee concerns and conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary benchmarking, developing and updating HR policies and procedures, driving initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement, and utilizing HR metrics and data to assess and improve HR processes. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting reports on HR activities and key performance indicators to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.
