Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role is best suited for students or fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and official letters.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR events.
Provide support in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in:
Human Resource Management
Business Administration / Management
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive, positive, and learning-oriented mindset.
