Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, emails, bidding platforms, and networking. · Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions. · Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to deal closure. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term success. · Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and communications. · Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings. · Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · CRM experience and experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. · Demonstrated sales success is preferred. · Ability to work independently and within a team environment. · Quick learner with a strong interest in business growth and client acquisition. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with platforms/tools such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc. · Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and online service marketplaces. · Knowledge of cloud/big data tech stacks is a plus.
