Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales quotas, and contributing to our company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Establish, maintain and expand relationships with key strategic partners.
  3. Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking, cold calling, and other sales methods.
  4. Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients and communicate the value proposition of GateGuard products.
  5. Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  6. Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
  7. Prepare regular sales forecasting reports and track key sales performance metrics.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to engage with potential clients and stay current with market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security and surveillance industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
