Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeting corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty and Super specialty hospitals, clinicians, Government hospitals, public sector hospitals, medical colleges and diagnostic centres.
  • Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Support the development of brand messaging for high-end infectious disease diagnostics (molecular tests, panels, AMR tests, sepsis panels, respiratory panels, etc.).
  1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct periodic market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and customer expectations.
  • Be responsible for creating Lead generation across the targeted client base.
  • Maintain updated market intelligence reports to support management decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators such as campaign effectiveness, digital engagement, and lead generation results.
  1. Events, CMEs & Conferences

  • Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Handle event logistics, invitations, marketing materials, and post-event communication.
  • Support collaborations with medical associations, hospitals, and educational institutions.
  1. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with business development, operations, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Support BD teams with tools such as brochures, presentations, and test information sheets.
  • Assist in preparing training materials for internal teams.
  1. Skills & Competencies

Technical / Industry Skills

  • Knowledge of diagnostics and basic understanding of infectious disease testing (preferred).
  • Ability to translate scientific information into user-friendly marketing content.

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with a structured approach to campaign planning and execution.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in report generation and data interpretation.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with high attention to detail.
