Job Description

HR Recruiter Job Responsibilities

I. Talent Sourcing And Attraction

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions that clearly outline responsibilities, qualifications, and the company culture to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage and filter candidate applications.

II. Candidate Assessment And Selection

  • Conduct initial screening interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and coordinating assessments.
  • Administer and interpret pre-employment assessments (e.g., technical tests, behavioral assessments, personality inventories) as required.
  • Perform thorough background checks and reference checks to verify candidate information and ensure compliance with company policies.

III. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

IV. Offer Management And Onboarding Support

  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment formalities are met.

V. Recruitment Strategy And Compliance

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
