Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
  • Support campus placement hiring programs and hiring strategies
  • Assist in KRA setting and performance management implementation
  • Track and monitor employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Conduct employee training, development activities, and rewards & recognition programs
  • Assist in payroll processing and compliance-related tasks
  • Support the manager and HR team in resolving HR-related issues
  • Review employment applications and background check reports
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and files
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating annual employee surveys
  • Support communication and maintenance of the employee handbook, directory, and organisational chart, and contribute to policy development
  • Handle exit formalities, including full and final settlements
  • Manage employee engagement activities
  • Promote HR programs and policies to maintain a productive and conflict-free workspace
  • Work with HRMS software and processes
  • Handle other responsibilities as required
