Human Resources (HR) Internship in Navi Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Talent Sourcing & Screening:
• Researching and identifying potential candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings for technical and non-technical positions.
• Maintaining candidate databases and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Creating Boolean search strings for targeted candidate sourcing.
• Recruitment Support:
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Preparing interview materials and candidate profiles for technical roles (Java developers, solution architects, sales engineers).
• Assisting in reference checks and background verification processes.
• Tracking recruitment metrics and generating weekly hiring reports.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Processing manpower requisition forms (MRFs) and maintaining recruitment documentation.
• Updating JIRA tickets for recruitment tracking and workflow management.
• Preparing offer letters and coordinating with legal for employment contracts.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations.
