Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our human resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR recruitment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Work on HR documentation.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
