Job Description

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at The Future University, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HRIS systems.
Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and create reports for management.
Collaborate with HR team on special projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes.
