About The Role
Join a first AI Automation & Content team where people-ops meets modern tools. Own hiring pipelines, onboarding, daily tracking, documentation, and timely delivery across AI-driven workflows. This is a tech-enabled HR/People‑Ops role, designed for fast learners who love structure, clarity, and outcomes.Key responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring, interviews, onboarding, daily tracking, and performance updates for AI/Content/Automation pods.
- Orchestrate workstreams: n8n workflow automation, FFmpeg deliverables, Stable Diffusion assets, LLM/agentic tasks with clear deadlines and proof of work.
- Run remote rituals: daily standups, async updates, issue tracking, weekly reporting, and strong documentation hygiene.
- Support social/content ops: content calendar coordination, basic CMS updates, scheduling, and publishing.
- Maintain task boards, SLAs, checklists, and playbooks; propose process improvements.
Must-have skills/Basic knowledge
- Prompt Eng. , AI automation basics: n8n preferred; familiarity with Make/Zapier-style builders, triggers, webhooks, APIs.
- ML basics: supervised vs. unsupervised, LLM usage and prompt-writing, beginner-level output evaluation.
- Social media & website management: YouTube Studio/Canva basics, basic SEO, CMS familiarity (WordPress/Webflow).
- Team tools: Asana/ClickUp/Monday/Trello; Jira for issues; Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace for communication.
- Strong documentation discipline, clear written communication, time management.
- Prior exposure to n8n, FFmpeg,or Stable Diffusion.
- Notion/Airtable for ops docs/databases; Miro for planning/whiteboards.
- Basic Python for ops automation, CSV/Sheets hygiene, comfort with SOPs.
- Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (Remote).
