Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage front desk activities including appointments, patient registration, and inquiries. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless operations. Manage billing, payment collection, and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Assist in basic administrative tasks and documentation. Requirements Female candidates only. Graduate in any discipline. 0.6 to 2 years of experience in a front office/reception role, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
