Human Resources Generalist

CTC - 3.3 LPA to 5.5 LPA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

•⁠ ⁠Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related policies and procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate employee training and development programs.

•⁠ ⁠Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with all government and local employment laws and regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements 

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in HR or related field preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
