Human Resources Generalist

Designation: HR Specialist/Generalist

Experience required: 3+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad(Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Update and manage HRIS tools and databases

2. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity, etc.)
• Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.)

3. Employee Engagement & Support

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Assist in executing employee engagement initiatives
• Support grievance handling and feedback mechanisms

4. HR Reports & Analytics

• Maintain and share periodic reports on attrition, attendance, etc.
• Generate HR dashboards and MIS for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist profile
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and payroll software
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven mindset
