Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR functions and a passion for people management. You will support daily HR operations and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Support the onboarding process for new employees

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases

• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation

• Support attendance and leave management

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events

• Handle day-to-day HR queries and administrative tasks

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
