Telecallers for our Home Loans division

Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with potential customers for Home Loan products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Collect customer details and assess loan eligibility.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications.
• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, or related loan/finance sector.
• Knowledge of loan documentation & processing.
• Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).
• Target-driven and customer-oriented.
