About the Role

We are expanding rapidly, with multiple hiring cycles and continuous people movement across our network. To keep this engine running smoothly, we’re looking for a highly organized and fast-thinking HR Operations professional who can own and streamline the entire lifecycle of employee operations—right from interview coordination to onboarding, documentation, offboarding, dashboards, HR systems, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Manage communication touchpoints: interview emails, confirmations, reminders, feedback collection.
  • Maintain a clear interview tracker and ensure timely follow-ups for all stakeholders.


Onboarding Operations

  • Prepare and share offer letters, JD packs, pre-joining forms, and compliance documents.
  • Collect and verify employee documentation, ID proofs, banking details, etc.
  • Create and manage employee credentials, access rights, induction schedules, and orientation support.
  • Ensure Day-1 readiness for every new hire.


Offboarding & Exit Formalities

  • Initiate exit processes, coordinate exit interviews, and manage clearance workflows.
  • Revoke system access, collect assets, and ensure documentation and communication accuracy.
  • Update HR systems and dashboards with separation details.


HR Systems & Dashboard Management

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboards (hiring status, attrition, manpower data, onboarding pipeline, etc.)
  • Manage and update HRIS/ATS platforms, ensuring data accuracy across all employee records.
  • Track and share HR operations performance metrics proactively.


Employee Communication & Support

  • Draft structured emails for onboarding, confirmations, evaluations, reminders, notices, and HR announcements.
  • Provide quick, solution-oriented responses to employees regarding HR process queries.
  • Ensure consistent, professional communication across all HR touchpoints.


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve process dependencies.
  • Serve as the operational backbone for all HR workflows in a fast-scaling environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or people process management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with high volume and speed.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, structured, and professional.
  • Comfortable using HR tech tools, trackers, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute independently without constant supervision.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
