We’re Hiring: Human Resources Executive (Priority Talent Hiring)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Executive who can hire quality talent on priority and contribute to building high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in the company’s growth by directly influencing hiring outcomes and workplace culture.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, visibility, and fast learning.


Key Responsibilities

Priority Hiring and Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates within defined timelines
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
  • Coordinate closely with leadership and department heads to understand urgent hiring needs
  • Ensure each hire aligns with company values, role requirements, and long-term objectives


HR Operations and Employee Management:

  • Manage smooth onboarding and HR documentation for new joiners
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR data
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Assist in performance reviews, feedback processes, and growth planning
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support basic compliance requirements
  • Handle exit formalities and assist in retention efforts


Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR or recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring for sales, media, corporate, or startup roles is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
