Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Kochi with a salary range of 20k - 25k. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and promoting services or products. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and effectively closing sales. The role requires proactive communication with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and convey key information. Should be pro in both English and Malayalam. HR Executive will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and acting as a bridge between employees and management. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws Training and education skills to provide guidance and information to stakeholders and clients. Basic computer applications is a plus. Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Prior exposure to sectors such as MSME, Food Processing, Fisheries, or Agriculture is advantageous. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
