Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala region for HR Executive.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and convey key information. Should be pro in both English and Malayalam.
• HR Executive will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and acting as a bridge between employees and management.
• The role involves recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws
• Training and education skills to provide guidance and information to stakeholders and clients.
• Basic computer applications is a plus.
• Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
• Prior exposure to sectors such as MSME, Food Processing, Fisheries, or Agriculture is advantageous.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
