Human Resources Executive

Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai

What will you do?

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.
• The HR Executive will be responsible for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and ad hoc HR operations activities.
• They will collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.
• They will handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Additionally, they will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• The role would include 80% Recruitment and 20% HR Operations

What will you do?

• Source, screen, and hire top marketing and creative talent.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee queries and grievances.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee benefits and payroll.
• Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Shine, Apna, etc.)
