Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role at a company with a proud +30-year legacy, offering a supportive and friendly work environment.


The ideal candidate will be a part of end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Post-graduate in HR or related field.

1–4 years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Working knowledge of payroll, recruitment, and labor compliance.

Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and any HR systems.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.


2. Training & Employee Development

Identify training needs in coordination with managers.

Organize internal and external training programs.

Maintain training records and feedback.

Support implementation of employee development initiatives.


3. Payroll, Attendance & Appraisals

Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts.

Ensure accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Assist in performance appraisal cycles and increment processes.

Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and appraisals.


4. Employee Relations & HR Operations

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes when required.

Manage employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, transfers, exits).


5. Compliance, Records & HR Administration

Maintain employee records, files, and HR MIS.

Support HR audits and reporting.

Assist in HR initiatives, engagement activities, and HR projects.
